Product Quality
The yarn: All our products are made from the finest Egyptian cotton. The Egyptian cotton is known for its long staple (fiber length) as well as absorbency and softness. Long staple fibers when spun into yarn are much stronger than the short staple fibers that are harvested in Asia (Uzbekistan, India, Pakistan), much smoother and more durable to boot.
The coloring: Cotton in its nature has a beige color so cotton yarn is either bleached or dyed. All our high quality socks are dyed with Oekotex certified dyes that guarantee long lasting color and are skin friendly, absolute harmless and considered the best from the best.
The reinforcement: Textiles, including socks come under significant pressures and have to withhold wear, friction, stretch and so on. All socks have the highest pressure-points at the heel and toe. To strengthen those two areas, all our socks are stronger woven for the heel and toe areas that make them more durable and long lasting. Something you would expect from a high-quality product as we offer.
The manufacturing: To produce a high quality product, the yarn must be woven as tightly as possible. Our socks are woven on an automatic weaving machine, which ensures a high degree of product quality and product consistency.
FAQ
What is a sock subscription by Esocksonline™?
By selecting a subscription from the Esocksonline™ program, you regularly receive 3, 4, or 6 annual sock deliveries to your home. The price of each subscription includes all the shipping cost. A gift sock subscription option is also available. The difference is that the first order is sent at the selected receive by date to the shipping address stated nicely packed in a gift box. In addition, a card is included describing the gift program you have chosen, so the receiving party can read about the program you have given as a gift. All our socks are black.
How can I subscribe to a Esocksonline™ program?
There are two simple ways to subscribe to a program;
a) Online order from our website
b) By email to service@esocksonline.com
When will I receive a delivery that I ordered?
The first delivery is sent to you based on your program shipping selection. Either immediately, the first day of the following month, or sending the entire order at once. Always allow 3-4 days for processing. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Thereafter, depending on the sock subscription program you have purchased, the shipments will be made thereafter every 2 months (6 deliveries annually), every 3 months (4 deliveries annually), or every 4 months (3 deliveries annually).
You can always check your orders online by logging into your account. If you have forgotten your email address or password, please contact us at service@esocksonline.com
How do I unsubscribe?
All our sock subscription programs are running for one calendar year of your order.
Before your subscription program runs out, you will receive an email making you aware that your subscription comes to an end and we provide you with several options to re-new a subscription for the following year.

If you are unhappy with the product or service of your selected subscription, please contact our service department at service@esocksonline.com. Our return policy is that you can cancel a subscription before or after the first order is shipped but prior to the second order’s delivery. We will refund you all the cost. Please take notice that we can only refund the money for unworn not delivered orders.
Which countries do we deliver to?
ESOCKSONLINE™ delivers socks by USPS (Priority Mail) anywhere in the world. The lead time time for deliveries within the USA is 3-4 working days. To other countries outside of the continental U.S. the lead time may be as long as 10 days. All our prices include tax, postage and packing.
Which sizes of socks do you offer?
Our socks are available in US sizes of regular-medium (9-12) and Large (12-15).
